Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Kali Jaye LLC ("I," "me") collects when you sign up for emails, buy something, or contact me. It covers unhexed.co, kalijaye.com, my Payhip store, my emails, and everything offered under the Unhexed name. I don't sell your information, and I don't share it for advertising.
What I collect
- When you sign up: your name, email address, and which form you used. If you request a discovery call, I also get what you write in the form.
- When you read my emails: whether you opened an email and which links you clicked. Some emails show a countdown timer, and when it loads, the timer service receives your IP address, device or browser type, and the time. It never receives your name or email address.
- When you buy: checkout runs through Payhip and its payment partners, including Stripe. They collect your name, email, billing details and payment information. I receive your name, email, what you bought and what you paid. I never see your full card number. Payhip's handling of your information is covered by its privacy policy.
- When you email me: your message and email address.
- When you visit my sites: my pages don't use analytics, ad pixels or tracking cookies. My hosting provider may log basic technical information to keep the sites running.
How I use it
To send the emails you signed up for, deliver what you bought, answer your questions, handle refunds, keep business and tax records, and see which emails are useful to readers.

These services handle information on my behalf. Each has its own privacy policy.

I may also share information if the law requires it, or with a buyer if my business is ever sold.
These services may store information in the United States, the United Kingdom, or other countries.
How long I keep it
You stay on my email list until you unsubscribe. I keep purchase records as long as tax and business laws require, and Payhip keeps its own transaction records under its policy.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. To see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you, email support [at] kalijaye [dot] com and I'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your local privacy law, and I'll honor them.
My sites don't respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because they don't track you across other sites.
Age
My products and emails are for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think I have, email me and I'll delete it.
Security
I use established platforms with their own security protections and limit who can access your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact me if you notice a problem.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
